Install Cutenews Smileys
this tutorial will show you how to instll the cool new emotions you just downloaded from my site, please link back in credits for this tutorial.

Step 1
Download your emotion set.
you can get one from here.
Step 2
unzip the emotion folder, then open your ftp.
go to cutenews 
data emotions.
Then, delete every file except index.html & .htaccess.
Step 3 Now Drag all the emotions into the emotion folder.
Step 4
when all your emotions are in the folder, go to your cutenews editing page
go to options 
system configuration
find the smiley section
in the box, enter the name of the smileys you want to appear.
DO NOT PUT THE EXTENIONS (.jpg, .gif, .png, ect)
Step 5
now go look at you smileys, and make sure they are all there
if they arent, refresh the page, or go and track back to find the problem.
